No Saturday or Sunday classes for any module.

NEW Residential Standard Agency (RSA) Course mandatory 2012-2014
New 3 hour RSA (Residential Standard Agency) Course – mandatory for all members – this course is IN ADDITION to other mandatory and elective courses required for license renewal. You will only need to take this course ONCE. These classes will benefit those whose license expires after July 1, 2012. If anyone whose license expires before July 1, 2012 takes this class, they will then need to take it again. QUAD ETHICS REQUIREMENT deadline December 31, 2012 2012 marks the end of the four (4) year period to complete NAR’s Quadrennial Ethics requirement (Jan 1, 2009 – Dec 31, 2012). Failure to meet the requirement is a violation of a membership requirement and results in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. All Ethics & Standards of Conduct classes taught through WAAR meet this requirement.
If you took Ethics through another school, please contact that school to ensure you have met the requirement.
Ethics courses approved for VA license renewal may or may not be approved to meet NAR’s Quad Ethics requirement. 2012 Quadrennial Ethics classes scheduled at WAAR
